Tic-Tac-Toe

This is simply an html test upload. Otherwise the game of tic-tac-toe 
The 10 second timer will enable the Ai opponent to move if you do not. If you do not make a move in this time even after the Ai has moved, it can still make another move without you having a turn. This is intentional, to make you pick a spot. 

There is a special move that can be utilized once per round with right click, for now I will leave it for you to find. 

This isn't meant to be anything special, more personal use than anything, but, I am making public because there is no reason not to.
